Is the jewelry nickel-free?

Yes, all metal parts are made of surgical steel or brass, both of which are nickel-free materials.

What material is the jewelry made of?

For the metal parts, I use surgical and stainless steel, as well as brass in some cases.

For other parts, I use glass beads and natural stones for my crystal jewelry.

Is the jewelry water resistant?

The materials I use are considered water-resistant. However, I always recommend taking off the jewelry when bathing, showering, exercising, going to the sauna, etc., to protect the plating.

How long is the order lead time?

The order time is 21 days, usually shorter than that. If you need your jewelry for a specific date, you are welcome to contact us, and we will surely be able to arrange it. Please note, delivery time is added to the order time, which is usually 1-3 days.

I don't live in Sweden but would like to order, is this possible?

Absolutely! We currently deliver to the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Please contact us if you live in another country and we will see if we can work it out :)

My jewelry is broken, what do I do?

So sad! Of course we'll fix this! Get in touch via email to info@solumi.se with a picture and a little about what happened, and we'll take it from there.
